Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

• We ship to all areas across South Africa.
• Standard areas: 2–3 working days
• Rural areas: 3–5 working days
• Free shipping on all orders over R1,500
• A shipping fee applies to orders under R1,500 (calculated at checkout)

Returns - We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We can then replace your return with the same garment or another that costs the same, otherwise if you prefer we can give you a refund.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 days. please contact us at info@takoda.co.za if there are any problems.
